Exchange and return policies

- You must handle any products you wish to return or exchange with care, and in addition to not using them, you must maintain them in their original condition. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession, and in this case, we may refuse your return or exchange request only in Egypt.

- To protect your health and the health of others, and in accordance with the standards and instructions of the Consumer Protection Agency, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of all types of underwear if they have been measured or opened.

- Any free gifts, whatever they may be, given with the purchased products must also be returned.

- In the event that we supply incorrect, damaged or non-compliant products to you, we will offer you an alternative product or we will refund you in full in the manner possible and appropriate, including the delivery charges paid as a service for the purchase (if applicable). In all cases, you must return the incorrect, damaged or non-compliant products to us as soon as possible in their original condition.

- We reserve the right to modify our exchange and return policy at any time.

- We are unable to replace used or damaged products for reasons not related to quality.

- Return shipping fees or additional charges may apply to exchanged products according to company policy.

Orders purchased online

- If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange it for certain products, you have 14 days from the invoice date to do so.

- This return process requires two basic conditions: The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in and in its original packaging. Please bring the product invoice.

- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service department during business hours and within one hour of placing the order.

- If you paid by credit card or debit card and cancel your order in accordance with this clause, we will process a refund (if necessary) as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for the time required for the refund to appear in your account, as this depends on the procedures of the bank you are using.
